Ordered a keyboard with UK layout, received one with US layout. The product was clearly used (security tape broken, protective film removed, marks on the USB cable), charged €229 as new. A written complaint was sent on 23.02.2026 – with no response and no confirmation of receipt. The only email I received was a promotional newsletter with offers for new products.
Very bad experience.

The product images do not match the product; they are selling a product called a vacuum cleaner, but the so-called vacuum cleaner comes without a brush and cannot vacuum carpets.
