The deadlines for delivery are somewhat unclear and not well-defined, and the courier service is not clearly stated, which makes it impossible to track the shipment in real time. This is quite a limiting factor, especially if someone needs to organize picking up the goods at a different location from their residence. The response to inquiries is relatively slow, etc.

Product ordered… first few days there was no information about the order, which confused me as to whether I had actually ordered it. Then, after a week, I was informed that they received the order and that it was being processed. Now, after two weeks, I don't know when the device will arrive. Personally, I don't like this kind of business. I will definitely not be ordering here again.

I am dissatisfied because there is incorrect information on the webshop that misleads the customer. Seven days after my advance payment, a person contacted me asking for additional delivery payment because the item I ordered does not fit in the BOX. When I said that it was their mistake and that they should cover the 5 EUR delivery cost, I was told that this is not possible because it is not legal. I requested a cancellation because I do not want to pay more than agreed upon at the time of purchase. To this day, my cash funds have not been refunded.

Review: The TCL 55" TV ordered at the beginning of the month (January 7) was delivered on February 19. During all that time, the seller did not contact me first; instead, I only received a concrete written response with a proposed solution after a month from my phone calls and emails. When ordering, there was an option to extend the warranty to 5+2, which I paid for, but upon delivery, the warranty was 2+3, which misled me. This is my second purchase at the same store. I will think carefully about the next one.

The product was not sent; after more than a month and difficult communication with customer service (emails and unanswered calls with an automated message saying they would call back, which did not happen), it turns out that the product is no longer being produced and there is nothing they can do... very disappointed because it was exactly the product I was looking for. If they had informed me earlier that they could not deliver the product, I would have searched for it somewhere else before it stopped being produced; there was enough time.
