The product is good. The problem is with the Bima webshop that sends fragile packages without protection. One glass arrived broken and they do not want to accept the complaint. The issue is not with that glass but with the unprofessional approach of the company from the very shipping to resolving the problem that occurred due to their fault. Overall, I don't plan to buy again and I do not recommend shopping through their webshop.

Kao što vam je jasno objašnjeno putem e-maila, za evidentiranje svake reklamacije potrebno je poslati fotografije oštećenja i pakiranja, što je standardna procedura kod svih dostavnih reklamacija. Vi ste to odbili učiniti i pritom zaprijetili negativnim recenzijama.
Žao nam je zbog vašeg dojma, no u ovom slučaju uzrok nesporazuma nije u našem radu, nego u odbijanju suradnje tijekom rješavanja reklamacije.
